We are seeking a Finance Officer to provide comprehensive Finance and administrative support to our Executive Team. This role requires a high level of confidentiality and efficiency in handling multiple administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the executive office.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Dealing with all invoice queries, Purchase Order Number and reconciliations for the school 
  • Manage routine correspondence and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Dealing with suppliers and debt allocation 
  • Helping out the Trust and Executive Team members, arranging both internal and external meetings.
  • Dealing with the costing of trust events such as joint 
  • Dealing with expenses for travel and hotel arrangements 
  • Liaise with parents, external agencies, regarding costs for the Governing Body, and other local schools on behalf of the Trust.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system (both paper and electronic) for the Trust’s work.
  • Maintain a policy checklist and alert the CEO when policies need reviewing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a Finance administrative 
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with electronic filing systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
