Our client is looking for an organised, numerate, efficient, friendly Business Support Administrator to join them.
It is essential that you have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office with particular attention to Excel and Word. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done on time and right first time. As the voice (and face) of the business you must have a professional and friendly manner when dealing with customers and suppliers.
Hours of Work - 15 hours per week Monday to Friday 10am - 1pm (Monday to Wednesday in the office and Thursday to Friday working from home)
Salary £13 ph
Duties include
- Managing our client's Reward Store
- Product selection
- Supplier management
- Order processing
- Monthly reporting
- Website maintenance
- Business support
- Invoicing support (in and out)
- Working with our accountant to manage debtors, cash flow and VAT return information
- Maintaining annual leave records
- IT & facilities management (cost management and maintenance)
- Overhead management - management of suppliers and controlling costs
- Managing office supplies
- General support
- Support MD in a variety of ad hoc projects
- Organise staff parties
