What will you do? Make an impact!
Join our team to manage the group purchase ledgers. You will be working within a busy team of 3 people managing 3 divisions across 17 sites within the UK.
* Ensuring supplier queries are dealt with on a timely basis* Invoice queries scanned via scan & capture system (Basware) resolved quickly and efficiently* Reconciling Direct Debit accounts* Statement reconciliations including aged creditors & aged debit balances* Maintaining and responding to large volumes of email traffic* Vendor setups/housekeeping
Do you have what it takes?
* SAP experience (essential)* Previous purchase ledger experience* Basware experience (desirable)* Computer skills, including MS office package* Understanding of financial systems and processes* Attention to detail and good organisational skills
