Description
- Process invoices accurately and timely.
- Perform monthly reconciliations.
- Maintain vendor files and update the accounts payable system.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in month end closing activities.
- Support other finance-related tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
