You will play a crucial role within the Finance team, managing a vibrant and dynamic team of credit controllers. As Supervisor, you will guide and motivate the team, helping them meet targets, maintain high performance, and drive positive change across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing individual performance, implementing and tracking KPIs, and managing performance improvement plans, including conducting challenging conversations when necessary.

- Onboarding and developing new team members while providing ongoing support to direct reports.

- Assisting with reporting tasks and requirements as needed.

- Ensuring compliance with company processes for team management, such as managing sickness and absences.

- Strong leadership experience in a similar role

- Demonstrated expertise in credit control and cash collection.
