In this 12-month fixed-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part within the Finance team, joining a dynamic and vibrant group of credit controllers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

-Take ownership of chasing and collecting outstanding payments

-Secure payments through both phone and email communication

-Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve any customer queries

-Update internal systems to ensure thorough and accurate records of all customer communications

The Ideal Candidate:

-Experience in Credit Control or a similar role

-Strong attention to detail

-Excellent communication skills, with a passion for fostering and maintaining relationships
