We are currently recruiting for a number of remote positions working within database administration in our clients finance team. The position will be 100% remote so existing office set up will be required however equipment will be provided.

The roles are temporary for 3-4 months but this could be extended.

The key focus of the position is to enable the business to maximise potential utilisation by supporting client facing teams with project admin related queries. Also, to work closely with the Revenue Control team, ensuring projects are properly reconciled and to allow revenue recognition to run smoothly at month end.

Key accountabilities:

  • Assisting Client Service teams in project and Sales Order set up, and in vendor and Purchase Order set up
  • Generating invoice requests within SAP
  • Reconciling projects between SAP and Fabric, reviewing budget changes and identifying any mis-posted projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to person with invoice requests
  • Support client services team
  • Reviewing budgets
  • Helping to work through the backlog of reconciliations
  • Helping to identify expenses that have been mis-posted or not posted to a project
  • Working with accounts payable
  • Closing projects that are fully invoiced and reconciled

This is an administrative position that will be repetitive at times.

Key experience and skills required:

  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Continuous improvement attitude
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to details and accuracy in work
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • Experience of SAP ideal not essential
  • Experience of Salesforce ideal not essential
