Role description
To be the controller of all operational financial activities within the business. Working with a fractional CFO and a part time bookkeeper the role is a perfect opportunity to fully own all of the operational financial activities of the business with a small but growing team working side by side with the Operations Team.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Own the month end close process
- Financial analysis of all business activities
- Oversea the controlling framework within the company, ensuring sales/purchases/VAT/payroll all completed correctly and on time
- Management of the bookkeeper
- Budget assistance and analysis
- Business partnering the wider commercial team
- Working closely with the CEO to build a robust financial framework to support our growth ambitions
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with 2+ years PQE
- High level of analytical skills
- Experience of working in an entrepreneurial fast moving environment
- A can do attitude and willingness to get involved in all areas of the business
