About the Job

This role focuses on ensuring the accurate and timely billing of customers while driving improvements to billing processes. Working closely with the finance team, the successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high financial control standards and support ongoing improvements.

Duties will include:

  • Collaborating with field deployment teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Liaising with project managers for reporting and due diligence.
  • Adhering to internal control procedures for job costing and invoicing.
  • Raising credit notes and preparing adjusting journals.
  • Supporting month-end close processes and WIP calculations.
  • Managing quarterly billing of recurring revenues and implementing contract changes.
  • Participating in general finance responsibilities, including balance sheet reconciliations and month-end tasks.

About the Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of financial procedures
  • The ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
  • Proficiency in Excel
