Classic British dishes are served at the highest level using locally sourced fresh ingredients.
Experience at Michelin level is preferred as well as a passionate and positive attitude combined with a strong work ethic.
Salary for the Junior Sous Chef is around £34,000 plus tips.
Live In is available and there is a profit share scheme in addition to salary.
