What You'll Do as a Prepper!
- Prepare, prime, and paint aerospace components to exact specifications
- Use spray and brush techniques to apply protective and decorative finishes
- Mix paints to achieve specialist finishes as required
- Follow manufacturing instructions and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
What Were Looking For in the Prepper
- Experience in light manufacturing (preferred)
- Knowledge of painting and finishing techniques
- Awareness of health, safety, and environmental (SHE) standards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent time management and teamwork
