Job Title: Implementation Manager
Salary: 50,000 per annum + Company Vehicle + Expenses

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Implementation Manager to join an innovative and forward-thinking company specialising in cutting-edge healthcare solutions. This is a brand-new role, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact and be a key player in the growth of the organisation.
The role is split between office-based work (50%) and national travel (50%), which will include regular nights away from home. You will lead the implementation and service of advanced ophthalmic technology systems, working closely with clients to ensure seamless deployment and operation of bespoke solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of healthcare IT systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client requirements.
- Database Expertise: Leverage your strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases to configure, troubleshoot, and optimise system performance.
- Client Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing technical support and addressing any queries.
- Training & Support: Deliver user training and support, ensuring clients can maximise the benefits of their systems.
- Travel & Deployment: Attend client sites across the UK, including occasional weekend work, to install and service systems.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in Healthcare IT: A solid background in healthcare or medical IT, particularly in implementing and servicing technology solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing projects or teams, with the ability to lead and motivate others.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and recall complex technical details effectively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to stay away from home for 3-4 nights per week and travel nationally.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
