An expanding, global business with a brand new headquarters in Marlow, are looking for a Stores Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. An exciting opportunity to join a thriving business who keep going from strength to strength and are a well respected competitor in the market.
The Role
This role is pivotal to the success of existing and future projects and will require an individual who is proactive and detail-orientated. Responsibilities will include:
- Manage and oversee the inventory of delivered goods, ensuring all paperwork is present and correct.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Report any damaged or missing goods or stock so that this can be resolved in a timely manner.
- Store and rotate stock according to procedures.
- Provide support the Operations Administration team.
- Generate and complete stock take.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who ideally has experience within a similar function who has strong attention to detail and understands the importance of this role. Key attributes/skills desire:
- Experience in a stocks, goods in/out position.
- Computer literate.
- Strong communicator and able to liaise with people of all levels.
- Accurate and an eye for detail.
- Ability to multi task and prioritise workload.
- Enjoys a busy role.
- Strong team player and happy to help out others when required.
- Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally when required.
The Package
- Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE.
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday.
