The Company

An expanding, global business with a brand new headquarters in Marlow, are looking for a Stores Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. An exciting opportunity to join a thriving business who keep going from strength to strength and are a well respected competitor in the market.

The Role

This role is pivotal to the success of existing and future projects and will require an individual who is proactive and detail-orientated. Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and oversee the inventory of delivered goods, ensuring all paperwork is present and correct.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Report any damaged or missing goods or stock so that this can be resolved in a timely manner.
  • Store and rotate stock according to procedures.
  • Provide support the Operations Administration team.
  • Generate and complete stock take.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse environment.

About You

We are looking for someone who ideally has experience within a similar function who has strong attention to detail and understands the importance of this role. Key attributes/skills desire:

  • Experience in a stocks, goods in/out position.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong communicator and able to liaise with people of all levels.
  • Accurate and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise workload.
  • Enjoys a busy role.
  • Strong team player and happy to help out others when required.
  • Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally when required.

The Package

  • Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE.
