Location: Marlow

Job type: On-going contract

Rate: Up to £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Overtime at 1.5, Double time on a Sunday

Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30 (Flexible working hours)

Paint Sprayer Responsibilities:

Prepare and apply paint coatings on components and structures.
Ensure high-quality finishes, adhering to strict industry standards and specific specifications.
Inspect surfaces for cleanliness, smoothness, and defects before and after painting.
Mix paints, primers, and other coatings to achieve desired colours, finishes, and consistency.
Follow detailed work instructions, and technical drawings.
Maintain spray booths, equipment, and tools in good working order, ensuring cleanliness and safety.

The Paint Sprayer Should have the following skills and experience:

Experience in paint spraying (ideally within the aviation or manufacturing industries)
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver precision work in a high-quality manufacturing environment.
Proficient in the use of paint spray guns, and other paint application tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Familiarity with various paint types and their proper application methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
