Commercial Property Solicitor - NQ to 2 Years PQE | Marlow, Buckinghamshire | Office Based | 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday | £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience

Are you the right person for the job?

  • NQ to 2 years PQE with experience in commercial property transactions (through a training contract or post-qualification)
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive and confident approach, with a strong sense of initiative

What will your role look like?

Our client is looking for a driven, hard-working solicitor to join their highly regarded Commercial Property Team. You'll work closely with the Head of the Team, and other senior solicitors on a wide range of matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Transactional landlord and tenant work
  • Secured lending
  • Supporting the Corporate Team on the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions
