Our client, who provide compliance support to a range of firms all over the UK, is looking for an Assistant Compliance Administrator join their team.

This role plays a key part in supporting both the data management process during client filing periods and broader business administration tasks throughout the year. The filing periods are busy and fast-paced, so we're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident in communicating clearly under pressure.

You will be helping the team stay on track by managing schedules, client data and internal tools, making a real difference to how smoothly things run day to day.

This is a remote role however you would be required to attend the office in London at least once per quarter for team meetings.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

Key Responsibilities

Filing Period - Data Management Support

  • Assist with preparing and sending client scheduling emails
  • Send client returns and working files by email or specific data transfer platform
  • Download & save incoming data
  • Chase clients for outstanding data, feedback, and approvals
  • Support data entry into internal trackers (e.g. Smartsheet)
  • Help set up client folders in iDeals and populate relevant client checklists
  • Assist Compliance Administrator in providing daily updates to the team

Business Administration

  • Support the logging of holidays & overtime
  • Help with booking internal meetings, client calls, and lunch arrangements for the team when needed
  • Provide assistance during board meetings and management sessions
  • Assist with internal housekeeping and ad hoc admin tasks as directed
  • Enter invoice data into Xero and support with monthly invoice checks

Skills/Experience

  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft 365 software, such as Outlook, Word, Excel spreadsheets and internal systems (training can be provided)
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive communicator, especially when chasing data or flagging issues
  • Interest in team administrator or client support roles
