Our client based in Marlow is currently recruiting for a project administration support temporary to start working with them as soon as possible.

The position is full time hybrid working full time hours.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitors and coordinates project tasks and intervenes where project tasks are not completed in time and/or not meeting set expectations.
  • Develops and deliver project documentation including presentations, plans, schedules and status reports.
  • Insures transparency and visibility of important project and billing milestones is provided internal systems to the organisation.
  • Works with team to help define project plans, schedules and implementation strategies using company selected tool(s).
  • Organises and supports assigned projects considering department, division, and corporate priorities and goals.
  • Leverages methodologies and best practices to accelerate project delivery.
  • Builds, develops and grows any internal and external business relationships vital to the success of the project and long term client retention.
  • Performs other reasonable duties as required by the company

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as business administration or similar
  • Two years of project administration and/ or coordination experience
  • Working fluency in international business English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, and MS Office software suite
  • Proven project administration skills
  • Ability to manage large amounts of data using Excel
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility during times of change
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work pro-actively with minimal supervision

Other key information:

  • Some travel may be required for the purpose of meetings with clients, or internal company meetings at other locations.
  • Flexible working hours might be required in order to meet project deadlines and accommodate clients in various time zones.
