The Company

An expanding, global business with a brand new headquarters in Marlow, are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role

Primarily working alongside the Senior Project Coordinator and Project Manager to successfully coordinate and deliver small to major projects. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Cost, procure and plan delivery of materials for the project
  • Assist operations to organise and budget resources
  • Create and monitor project cash flow whilst adhering to project budget. Reporting any discrepancies or problems to the finance team
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, vendors and subcontracts to build relationships for future services and pricing
  • Raise purchase orders and sales order and produce invoices for the finance team to send out
  • Monitor and report any potential risks to each project

About You

We are looking for someone who ideally has experience within a similar function, but if not, you must be able to come in and learn quickly 'on the job’, whilst already possessing strong coordination skills. Key attributes/skills desire:

  • Experience in an office administration, project administration or coordination role
  • Strong communicator and able to liaise with people of all levels
  • Accurate and an eye for detail
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
  • Enjoys a busy role
  • Strong team player and happy to help out others when required

The Package

  • Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holiday.
