An expanding, global business with a brand new headquarters in Marlow, are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role
Primarily working alongside the Senior Project Coordinator and Project Manager to successfully coordinate and deliver small to major projects. Other responsibilities will include:
- Cost, procure and plan delivery of materials for the project
- Assist operations to organise and budget resources
- Create and monitor project cash flow whilst adhering to project budget. Reporting any discrepancies or problems to the finance team
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, vendors and subcontracts to build relationships for future services and pricing
- Raise purchase orders and sales order and produce invoices for the finance team to send out
- Monitor and report any potential risks to each project
About You
We are looking for someone who ideally has experience within a similar function, but if not, you must be able to come in and learn quickly 'on the job’, whilst already possessing strong coordination skills. Key attributes/skills desire:
- Experience in an office administration, project administration or coordination role
- Strong communicator and able to liaise with people of all levels
- Accurate and an eye for detail
- Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
- Enjoys a busy role
- Strong team player and happy to help out others when required
The Package
- Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE.
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday.
