Well known client is currently looking for a part time receptionist to work on Mondays,Tuesday 8-5 and Wednesday12:30- 16:30
Total: 20h per week.
This role will include;
- Booking in work from various clients and ensuring the information goes onto the diary correctly.
- Answeriing calls and emails from clients.
- Collating sign-offs and works completed from the teams and communicating any issues with them.
- Communicating and coordinating with our contracts managers and supervisors of teams.
- Booking and contacting clients to arrange Customer Service .
- Someone who can be quick to adapt to a fast running business.
- Someone who is a confident communicator over the phone and in person.
- We need a person with strong attention to detail, that can pick up on issues and resolve in a timely manner.

- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Answering emails and diary organizing
- Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
