This Recruitment Consultant role is for a fantastic recruitment company based in Marlow. They have been very successful and are now looking for someone to come and join a new, exciting division within the team. They are open to someone who has a proven career in sales or recruitment. The role has a great training process and so you will be up and running in no time with the help of this friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting management level candidates into permanent roles. This role would be suitable for someone confident and charismatic who has a drive and hunger for sales and earning lots of commission!!
The Recruitment Consultant role is office based working Monday to Thursday 8.30-5:30pm with a 5.00pm finish on Fridays.
The role is paying a salary £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, 1st year OTE between £35,000 - £50,000 with uncapped commission.
What will I be doing in the Recruitment Consultant role?
- You will work on a full 360 process so you will be involved every step of the way from interviewing the candidates to submitting their CV and placing them in their new role.
- Building relationships with clients and candidates is at the very heart of what they do, and they need someone who can continue to develop and add to their extensive database.
- You will come into a hot desk that will have not only leads but jobs and candidates that hold the client in high regard so you will be given the best start possible.
