We're looking for an Internal Account Executive to join our Marlow team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of 50-60 small, medium, and large business customers, acting as the primary point of contact for customer queries and account support
  • Building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Coordinating mailing schedules, collections, and consumables in line with SLAs
  • Using your Excel skills (including pivot tables) to forecast, report, and analyse data
  • Supporting service improvements and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Collaborating with Sales and Operations to deliver an excellent customer experience


Additional Information

Monday to Friday, rotating shifts - 8:30 am-5 pm, 9 am-5:30 pm, and 9:30 am-6 pm.

Hybrid working opportunities are available once the initial training has been completed.

The contract for this Internal Account Executive position commences in July.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet varied, demanding deadlines
  • An energetic team player with a hands-on, "can-do, will-do" attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining high accuracy under pressure
  • Confident communicator across all channels (face-to-face, written, and phone), able to influence and build rapport at all levels
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel - including pivot tables and Vlookups
  • Full driving licence to be able to travel on occasion to other business and/or customer sites for meetings as required
