Our client based in Marlow is currently recruiting for an experienced accounts assistant to work with them for 2-3 months starting in January 2025. You will be working full time hours 5 days per week 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. You need to be available to go into the office Wednesday and Thursday weekly.
The position is due to extra work load and a system change. There will be some times where the work will be repetitive data entry and system updates.
Key duties include:
- Updating the system
- Processing invoices
- Clearing backlog created by system change
- Using Microsoft Dynamics daily
- Setting up projects and and time sheets on dynamics
Key attributes:
- Must have accounts assistant experience
- Must have MS Dynamics experience
- Be a self starter and quick to pick up new systems
There is no parking available so you will need to be able to get to Marlow town centre 2 days per week without needing parking.
