Excellent Opportunity for Temp-Perm P/T Finance Assistant!

Our client is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Finance & Operations Assistant to support their Finance and Operations teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact! The hours would work well around school hours, working 9.30am-2.30pm Mon-Fri.

What You'll Do:

  • Validate and accurately process purchase invoices, including expenses and marketing.
  • Generate and process sales invoices and credit notes for the Finance Manager's review.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with timely order processing and returns.
  • Support daily logistics administration tasks.
  • Manage communications with suppliers and customers professionally.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance processes and efficiency.

Who You Are:

  • You possess advanced Excel skills and have 1-2 years of experience in a finance role.
  • Attention to detail is your superpower!
  • You have a good understanding of IT systems, including Sage 50/200.
  • You're familiar with financial reports and business metrics.
  • You can juggle multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must!
