We're looking for Account Manager to join our growing team. With a focus on public sector clients, this role plays a crucial part in nurturing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional fundraising experiences.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Oversee day-to-day interactions with a portfolio of public sector clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
  • Strategic Partnership Building: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients while managing their events, campaigns, and overall fundraising strategies.
  • Proactive Fundraising: Identify new opportunities for fundraising, and continuously explore ways to enhance client engagement and campaign success.
  • Seamless Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication between them and the company to facilitate successful project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in fundraising and event management, preferably within the public sector.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.
  • Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to handle multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, with great attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
