- Visit up to 7 properties daily to survey removal requirements.
- Prepare work reports for all properties visited
- Conduct callbacks.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in estate agency, house surveying, or sales is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
