Location: Marlow
Salary: £16/17 per hour PAYE – Umbrella option available

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MIG/TIG Welder to perform a wide range of welding and fabrication tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metalwork, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings, setting up welding equipment, and ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities of the TIG/MIG Welder

  • Fabrication: Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate metal components, structures, and assemblies.
  • Welding: Perform TIG/MIG welding on various metals Mild steel and stainless steel, ensuring strong, accurate welds.

The successful Fabricator Welder will ideally have the below experience:

  • Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Proficiency in TIG welding techniques on stainless steel
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Certification in welding (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in coded welding and orbital welding
