Class 1 Driver

We at Staffco Direct are actively recruiting for HGV1/ LGV1/ CE/ Class 1- AM drivers based in Ridgmont. We are looking for highly motivated, flexible drivers who can take on the company’s ethos and assist us in the support of our client’s day to day operation.

The Job:

• Trunking, Distribution Centres,
• Pre-loaded trailer, 2 - 3 drops with collections
• Immediate starts available
• 05:00am – 09:00am Starts
• Monday to Friday – No Weekends
• 9-11 hours average shift length
• 8 hours guaranteed

If you have a valid FLT counterbalance licence it would be advantageous, if your licence have expired the company may provide you with a refresher course

What we offer: (PAYE)

• Monday to Friday- £20.17ph

What we are looking for:

• HGV1/ LGV1 UK issued License is required (Minimum 1 year)
• Current and Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
• No more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes)
• Temperature controlled experience is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
• Great communication skills
• Professional attitude
• Customer service focused.
• Well-presented
• Physically fit
