Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Scaffolder to join our team . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to start immediately and contribute to a dynamic construction project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our worksite by erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Ensure all scaffolding is safe, secure, and complies with health and safety regulations.
- Inspect scaffolding for defects or damage and report any issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored safely.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scaffolder in a construction environment.
- Valid CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) card or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good physical condition and the ability to work at heights.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
