- Travel approximately 130 days annually within the region.
- Degree educated; Masters preferred.
- 10 years of strategic selling, with a focus on government / defence sales in Europe.
- Proven business development and leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of European OEM procurement and EU government processes.
- Familiarity with ITAR and European export regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competent in MS Office and MS CRM.
