Long - Term Teachers have had the pleasure of working with a specialist school, based just outside of Yeovil, since September 2024, when they opened their doors to 120 learners. This fantastic school supports students aged 5 to 16, all with Social and Emotional Mental health or speech language and communication needs.

We are seeking to employ a qualified teacher to join on a full time, permanent basis. you will be teaching Science to students in Key stage 3 and 4, so it is essential you have a strong understanding of secondary science curriculum. Lessons will be planned around students needs, you will liaise with senior leadership to ensure lesson plan are inclusive and engage, however it is paramount you are able to confident deliver lessons and cater to individual needs,

You will be contracted to work Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm. You may be expected to do additional work within these hours, which will include planning and marking.

You must be able to demonstrate you are:
