Class 2 Multi-Drop Driver

Berry Recruitment are sourcing a number of Class 2 Multidrop Drivers to work with our Client based over in Chepstow.

This role is a Temporary role which can lead to permanent for the successful candidates!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accurate, timely movement and delivery of our customer's products.
• Adhering to safe working practices to ensure the safety of yourself and others at all times.
• You will be delivering and collecting from several sites working across Chepstow, Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and Newport.
• Securing load of the trailer to ensure products are safely secured to minimise chances of damage.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times and to take ownership of customer issues on delivery.
• Carry out multi-drop deliveries within the delivery window in a safe manner.
• Be aware of the vehicle defects and bring to the attention of Transport Office as necessary.
• Attend essential training in order to carry out the Driver role.
• Due to the nature of the role, nights out may be required on occasions.

Working Hours / Days:

Monday to Friday

6.30am-Finish

Rate of Pay:

16.26 per hour PAYE, 20.74 per hour Umbrella

Overtime after 45 hours

Start Date:

ASAP

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have a Class 2 Licence
• Class 2 Driving experience is preferred
• Must have your own transport to be able to get to site
