The firm specialises in Masterplanning and Urban Design, Environmental Assessment, Landscape, Ecology, Architecture, and Arboriculture, delivering award-winning projects across the UK and internationally.

This well-established firm operates from multiple offices across the UK, including locations in Derbyshire, Dorking, Exeter, York, and Sheffield. They pride themselves on their multi-disciplinary expertise, enabling them to respond to complex projects in a creative, thorough, and coordinated manner. The team believes in close collaboration with clients, having implemented numerous award-winning schemes in environmentally sensitive locations.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Contribute to all stages of the technical design and planning process of building projects.
• Develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural and environmental considerations into cohesive designs.
• Apply creative design solutions to complex architectural challenges, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
• Several years of UK-based experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks or similar CAD software.
• Demonstrated design flair.
• Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
