You will be joining a well established, multidisciplinary consultancy as an Architectural Technologist, joining a team of 60 that consists of structural, civil and architectural staff combined. Project-wise, this consultancy has work that stretches across the healthcare, education, manufacturing and commercial sectors.As an Architectural Technologist, you will be:
- Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and traditional architectural methods to develop building plans and designs.
- Examining space and site requirements.
- Reviewing technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Negotiating effective technological solutions with investors.
- Preparing budgets and estimating material costs.
- Liaising with clients.
- Working across all RIBA stages.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that:
- You have a degree in Architectural Technology or relevant.
- Have proficiency with Revit.
- Have at least 3 years of UK working experience as an Architectural Technologist.
- Have experience working within the manufacturing sector (Desirable).
