Our client an established charitable organisation are looking for a Temporary Asset Coordinator , the position can be based from home with occasional visits to their East Midlands based office.

3-6 month assignment | 20 to 30 per hour | remote role/occasional office meetings

Purpose of Position

Will support the Estates Management team by overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the Capital Expenditure (CapEx), Capital Expenditure Request (CER) and the Stock Condition Survey (SCS) programs.

***Please note this is a Technical Support role *** and will require good Administrative and project management skills. Developing and maintaining asset investment plans .

This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to track and update project data, liaise with multiple stakeholders, and ensure that all relevant information is captured and maintained in the designated systems.

Manage project time lines, liaise with consultants, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, specifically with regard to asbestos management.


Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in asset management, project coordination, or estates management, with a focus on managing surveys and data validation.
* Experience in managing and validating stock condition surveys.
