Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Kettering/London, UK
Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid 3 days on site, 2 days remote - but with flexibility as this depends on business requirements)
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract Details: Temporary (12 months) but could be extended

Are you a proactive Facilities Manager looking for your next exciting challenge? On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join this dynamic team to make a real impact in an engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
As the Facilities Manager, you will be at the helm of operational excellence for this well established, reputable company! Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily facilities operations to ensure a safe and efficient environment �?
- Managing budgets and financial reports for facilities maintenance and improvements ??
- Coordinating with contractors for repairs, maintenance, and renovations ??
- Implementing health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance ??
- Leading a dedicated team to maintain high standards of service and performance ??
- Developing and executing facilities management strategies to optimise efficiency ??
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure best practises are followed ??

- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written ??
