GI Group are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 driver for our client based in Chesterfield (S42) for ongoing work
14 per hour (15.68 per hour including advanced holiday pay)
Shifts / Start times
- 1800 start time
- Min 4 hours per shift - Average 6 hours
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Weekend work
Main Duties will include:
- Driving vehicles to customer sites
- Loading & Unloading the vehicle
- Ability to secure loads effectively & safely
The Candidate:
- Have an up to date CPC and TACO
- Held your license for at least 2 years
- Counterbalance License preferred, but not essential
- Class 1 license preferred, but not essential
- A positive attitude and work ethic, always keen to learn new skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English to adhere to health and safety requirements
- Have good customer service skills and an eye for detail
