Multi Skilled Joiner/Plumber | Derbyshire | £19.00 - £23.00 ph
- Requirement for multi-skilled tradesmen to start work for a public sector organisation carrying out maintenance on social housing
- You will be responsible for general repairs, kitchen fitting & bathroom fitting on void properties
- Long-term contract with the potential to become permanent.
- Previous experience carrying out similar works is required.
- Joiner or plumbing bias, so must have relevant qualifications (NVQs/City & Guilds)
- As well as your core trade, you must be competent at completing other basic repairs/maintenance.
- 37 hour working week Monday - Friday,
- On tools and transport required
