The Company:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of advanced chemicals, supplying to many companies worldwide.
Your main duties will be:
- Develop and implement process safety management systems.
- Lead and manage process safety aspects of a chemical process site.
- Provide expert guidance on current legal requirements for hazardous chemicals handling.
- Provide process safety related technical design competence and guidance.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety studies and hazard analyses.
- Manage the review and update of the site COMAH report.
Your Background:
- Degree level qualification in a science or engineering subject such as bachelors degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, etc.
- Process safety qualification such as NEBOSH certificate.
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in high hazard manufacturing industry or COMAH facility.
- At least 3 years of work experience in specific Process Safety Engineering job roles.
