Description

Maintain and update stock condition surveys to inform planned and cyclical maintenance programmes.

Deliver professional building surveying services, including property health checks and technical assessments.

Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives.

Ensure all stock condition surveys are completed within a three-year cycle and meet assurance reporting standards.

Produce detailed reports, scopes of work, and project documentation to support building pathology assessments.

Manage budgets effectively, ensuring accurate pricing and correct work coding.

Prepare schedules of dilapidations and negotiate on behalf of landlords or tenants.

Develop clear and concise schedules of work and specifications, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
Profile
-
Ability to prepare, interpret, and explain numerical data.

Experience in technical surveying, building inspections, and maintenance.

Knowledge of building maintenance, construction processes, and procedures.

Proficient in using computer databases, including Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of financial control and budget management for planned investment works.

Understanding of CDM regulations and health & safety in contract work delivery.

Flexible approach to working to meet deadlines.

Willingness and ability to travel within the UK.

Minimum HND/C in a building-related discipline.
