Your new company We are recruiting two Learning & Development professionals to join a UK-based private social care organisation. These jobs will be home-based in the East Midlands, ideally one in Leicestershire and one in Derbyshire; based from home with extensive travel in and around your geographical area with overnight stays (planned in advance with all hotel expenditure paid for by the business up-front). Hays are supporting across multiple locations in the UK due to a restructure and creation of new roles within this organisation. Your new role As L&D Facilitator, you will enhance the company culture of continuous learning by delivering L&D programmes across care homes. You will ensure colleagues have the skills and knowledge to deliver the highest standard of care to residents by delivering engaging and interactive training, support home-based coaching initiatives, and collaborate with key stakeholders. What you'll need to succeedWe are looking for experienced and passionate L&D professionals with proven experience in Learning & Development delivery, ideally within the Health and Social care sector. The following will also be beneficial to your application:

  • Skilled in coaching with approximately 5 years' experience
  • Healthcare experience (not a must)
  • Car owner and full driving licence
  • Someone who is highly creative when it comes to training, wants to learn and is passionate about making a difference.
  • Hold a training / teaching PTTLS qualification and/or a relevant Learning & Development qualification
