SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a business based near outskirts of Derbyshire on a full time permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, between 2-3 days from home. You will be joining a friendly and personable team.
Key Responsibilities:
路 Cash collection
路 Management of sales ledger accounts
路 Recording of all communications using a bespoke collections system
路 Weekly collections forecasting
路 Risk analysis
路 Regular liaison with sales team
路 Problem solving
路 Complex reconciliations
路 Working towards and understanding given targets
路 Monitoring of overtrading
路 Management of credit limits
路 Provide holiday cover for team members
路 Query logging
路 Banking
路 Other duties as requested by line manager
Competitive Salary
Hours: 37.5 Hours/ Week
Shift: 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM.

We're looking for a good communicator, and someone who has experience of working in a credit control position. You'll need to have a confident telephone manner and be able to work to tight collection target deadlines within a busy team. The ability to solve queries and disputes is essential, whilst maintaining client relationships.
