Sonic Summary

The position is for a Band 6 Dietitian in a locum role, based in Derby and Chesterfield, with a salary of Band 6 pay scale.
Candidates must be available to start ASAP and commit to a full-time schedule of 3 to 4 months, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:40 PM.
The role involves conducting a minimum of 3-4 new referral or review consultations per day, in line with the Trust's expectations for documentation and incident reporting.
Dietitians will also participate in ward rounds, attend rapid reviews, and join weekly team referral meetings at the Kingsway site.
Experience in a relevant dietetic role is essential, and there may be an opportunity for an uplift to Band 7 after the initial three-month period.

Dietitian- Band 6 (Locum role)

Location: Based: 1 / 2 days a week in Derby and 3 days in Chesterfield

Start date: ASAP

Hours: Full time

Band 6

Essential:

- Available ASAP- 3 - 4 months (Mon - Friday 8:30am - 4:40pm)

There may also be the possibly uplift to band 7 after the initial period of 3 months
Wards in both Derby and Chesterfield. Also, possibility for some remote work from home
To carry out consults and meet service referral requirements as per operational policy (urgent referrals within 2 working days and routine referrals within 5 working days).
Complete minimum of 3-4 new referral/review consults/day (or 15-20 consults/week) adhering to Trust Dietitian expectations of documentation on SystmOne (initial dietetic assessment, review and care plan formatting) as well as DATIX (incident reporting) where required.
Attend minimum of one rapid review per unit/week
Attend all ward rounds for all patients contributing to MDT approach in patient care.
Attend weekly team referral meetings at Kingsway site Monday mornings from 9-10am.
