Field Service Engineer High Peak/UK Field Based Competitive Salary plus company van The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join an organisation based in High Peak. The successful Engineer should be comfortable with overnight stays and weekend work as required. The territory for the role is predominantly UK and Northern Ireland. Scope of role: - Undertaking regular service visits to customer sites resolving electrical, mechanical and software issues. - Liaise with customers and provide support to operators. - In-time, be part of the on-call rota (1 week in 4) Essential Criteria: - Proven track record in field service work. - Electrical and mechanical knowledge, experience with industrial machinery would be advantageous. - Knowledge of troubleshooting PLCs. - Ability to build relationships with customers to generate confidence and a good rapport.
