Job Title: Talent, Culture and Inclusion Senior Administrative Assistant

Location: East Midlands, based at a central university campus

Salary: £25,698-£26,875 per annum pro rata (potential progression to £30,907 for exceptional performers)

Contract: Full-time, with flexibility required, including occasional early mornings and travel to other sites.

Role Overview:

Provide proactive administrative and project coordination support for the Talent, Culture, and Inclusion team, ensuring the smooth delivery of development events, HR projects, and continuous process improvements. Key tasks include event planning, database and system management (iTrent, MyLearning), report generation, and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Proven ability to manage competing demands in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
  • Previous administrative and customer service experience is essential.
