- Partner with departmental heads and senior stakeholders to provide financial insights that guide strategic decisions.
- Analyse trends and business drivers to support revenue growth initiatives.
- Drive cost control and identify opportunities for efficiency across the business.
- Lead on improvements and automation in reporting and financial processes.
- Deliver meaningful performance reports and present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Develop cost models to support pricing, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Contribute to month-end reporting with accurate and timely financial data.
- Promote financial awareness and accountability throughout the organisation.
- Professionally qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA), part-qualified, or QBE/stopped studiers will also be considered.
- Proven experience in a similar finance role—experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, ideally applied in a commercial setting.
- Excellent Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Microsoft Business Central is a bonus.
- Able to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial audiences.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to challenge and influence key decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
