We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our client, an organically growing national IFA firm. This fully remote position offers the flexibility of working from home, with occasional meetings in the Derbyshire or inverness offices. The firm provides a clear path for career progression and long-term rewards, with the opportunity to earn equity in the business.
The ideal candidate will bring an AUM of £10m+ or have the ability to transfer clients following the completion of any restrictive covenants. As part of the role, Advisors will be entitled to a bonus structure that includes a percentage of both initial and ongoing fees
In addition to managing client portfolios, the Financial Advisor will be responsible for business development and generating new leads. You will play a key role in expanding the client base by identifying potential prospects and building strong, long-term relationships. Effective networking, strategic planning, and the ability to deliver tailored financial advice will be essential in driving the firm’s growth.
