NJR Recruitment is currently working with a well-known Wealth Management practice that specialise in providing high quality personal advice on many aspects of wealth management. Based between Derby and Nottingham, our client is looking to recruit a Junior Financial Services Administrator to support a small team of Financial Planners across a range of Pensions, Investments, and other Financial products.

The role will be varied and will involve;

  • Processing new business applications (pension/investment/protection)
  • Preparing meeting packs
  • Liaising with 3rd party providers
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Diary management and arranging monthly client reviews for adviser & record information precisely
  • Keep up to date filing systems of confidential documentation - both hard and electronic copies
  • Client Relationship Management and keeping the system up to date with client meeting information
  • Contact clients by email, telephone and letter
  • General office duties including answering the telephone, stationary orders, booking meeting rooms, lunches & any necessary catering etc

What we need from you?

  • Previous experience working within Financial Services (Banking or Product Provider) will be advantageous
  • Positive attitude
  • Flexible and helpful approach to work
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively
  • Good IT skills in the use of word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook, internet
