Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and interpret a range of haematology and blood transfusion tests.
- Ensure high standards of laboratory practice and patient safety.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Participate in quality control and assurance processes.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to provide accurate and timely results.
- Keep up to date with current practices and advancements in the field.
Qualifications:
- HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist.
- Relevant degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent.
- Previous experience in haematology and blood transfusion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
