The Role:We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cover Supervisor to support student learning across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4 levels. In this Temp to Perm role, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons provided by the school, ensuring students remain engaged, and creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact and support the development of students while working alongside quality educators.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver a variety of pre-prepared lessons across different subjects, ensuring all students are engaged.• Monitor and support students’ progress during the lesson to help them achieve their full potential.• Maintain a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and inclusivity.• Work closely with colleagues to support student success and wellbeing.• Promote student development by encouraging active participation and a growth mindset.

Minimum Requirements:To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:• Experience: Experience in teaching, tutoring, or working with students at a secondary school level, with a strong understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.• Training: A Certificate in Behaviour Management or equivalent. Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.

To be considered for the higher end of the salary bracket, candidates should demonstrate:Experienced Cover Supervisor: Extensive experience in a Cover Supervisor role within a secondary school setting, with a proven track record of successfully managing students and supporting their learning.• Professional Development: Ongoing professional development (CPD) in education, including relevant training or certifications that enhance teaching practice.• Consistency: A reliable, positive working relationship with Link3 Recruitment, demonstrated by continued positive feedback from schools.• Legal Right to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
