Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Operations Implementations Manager to join their nationwide based transformation team. This role sits at the heart of an exciting and complex transformation programme that spans almost the entire business, ensuring they have the most efficient processes, organisation, and systems in place for future growth and innovations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in changing the way they do business, providing customers with a new and enhanced platform. What you'll do:

As an Operations Implementations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day implementation of operational activities at site. You will be responsible for preparing for the implementation and cutover to new ways of working through the delivery and ongoing development of the Operations Readiness Playbook. Your role will involve close liaison with Site & Project teams to ensure delivery. You will also be accountable for delivering the Physical Site Preparation Workstream section of the Playbook.

  • Manage day-to-day implementation of operational activities at site
  • Prepare for implementation and cutover to new ways of working through delivery and ongoing development of Operations Readiness Playbook
  • Liaise closely with Site & Project teams to ensure delivery
  • Ensure delivery of Playbook activities to prepare site for implementation
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to complete site readiness activities within time, quality and budget constraints
  • Specific accountability for delivering Physical Site Preparation Workstream section of Playbook

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Operations Implementations Manager role should bring a wealth of operational experience, preferably with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role and 10 years overall. You should be an experienced team leader, comfortable with line management and working within a matrix environment.
